Shop sign-in isn’t open yet
Shop pages, job uploads and due lists open when it does. There’s nothing to set up before then: permits already name the licensed business that installed a unit, and those installs show on each home’s record.

Look up the address and set “Show what matters for” to Inspecting for its permit history and the age of the equipment.

What’s shared, what’s private
Shared
- A home’s record names the licensed business that installed the equipment, the way the permit does.
Private
- Your installed base, due list and uploads: seen only by your shop.
- Customer name, phone, email and price columns: dropped on upload, never kept. Phone numbers, email addresses, dollar amounts and names after words like “for” or “customer” are taken out of job descriptions.
